Cancellation Policy

At Izels, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Window
a. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
b. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp, along with valid order details (order number and contact information)

2. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
a. Customized or personalised products once production has begun
b. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
a. If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
b, Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment

4. Policy Updates
Izels reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
