At Izels, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. We follow a transparent refund policy to ensure a fair and smooth experience for both our customers and our brand.

1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
a. You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
b. The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
c. A clear unboxing video is shared as mandatory proof (starting from opening the package)

2. Refund Process and Timeline
a. Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days
b. The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
c. Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account

3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
a. Customized or personalised products
b. Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
c. Orders placed during sales, discounts, or special promotions (unless the product is damaged or defective)
