For handmade, laser-cut, printed, acrylic, wooden, paper, MDF, or customised products, minor variations in colour, finish, engraving, cutting, size, texture, or design placement may occur and will not be considered a defect.
5. Customised & Personalised Orders
For personalised products, customers must provide correct names, photos, dates, spellings, text, logos, or other customisation details at the time of order.
IZELS will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Once a personalised order is processed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivered from our side.
For photo-based or logo-based products, the customer confirms that they have the right to use the image, name, logo, or content shared with IZELS.
6. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. In case of payment failure, pending payment, or technical error, IZELS reserves the right to hold or cancel the order.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote locations, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address with a working phone number. IZELS will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and courier partners may vary depending on the product, location, and order value.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed, customised, packed, or shipped.
Personalised, made-to-order, customised, or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
IZELS reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, stock errors, suspicious activity, or unavoidable circumstances.
9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns, refunds, and replacements are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products are eligible for replacement only if they are damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect as per the confirmed order.
To claim replacement for a damaged or incorrect product, customers must share an unboxing video and clear product images within the timeline mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
Personalised and customised products are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect or wrong item sent by IZELS.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the IZELS website, including product images, designs, artwork, logos, text, graphics, product concepts, layouts, videos, and branding, belongs to IZELS or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, use, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written permission from IZELS.

If you share photos, reviews, feedback, testimonials, customisation details, or product images with IZELS, you allow us to use them for order processing, customer support, marketing, social media, website display, or promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
